Shrimp Cocktail With Horseradish Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4.5 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
12 oz peeled shrimp
2 oz green onions, sliced
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded, a few leaves set aside for garnish
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp milk
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
4 sprigs fresh dill, chopped, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
1 oz caviar
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, shrimp, green onions and shredded lettuce. Arrange whole leaves at the edge of individual serving glasses then spoon shrimp mixture over top. Whisk together sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and chopped dill. Season then drizzle over shrimp. Garnish each glass with a sprig of dill and a spoonful of caviar.
