Cajun Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp ground oregano
3 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chili powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Oil 3 baking trays.
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on trays and roast, uncovered, turning occasionally, for about 40 mins, or until crisp and cooked through.
