Triple Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup self-raising flour
    1/4 cup all purpose four
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
    3 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup macadamia halves, roughly chopped
    11 tbsp butter, melted
    1 None egg, plus 1 yolk extra
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    None None chocolate icing, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line four baking trays with baking paper.
    Into a large bowl, sift combined flours and cocoa. Stir in sugars. Add chocolate, nuts, butter, egg, yolk and vanilla. Mix well.
    Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange on trays, 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with a fork.
    Bake for 8-10 mins, or until firm. Cool on trays. Serve with chocolate icing, if desired.
