Curried Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup long-grain rice
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 lb cod fillet, cut into cubes
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1/2 lb leeks, thinly sliced
    1 cup chicken stock
    None None fresh herbs, for garnish
Preparation
    Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 20 mins. Drain the rice and set aside.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the fish for 2 mins. Add the curry powder and season with salt. Add the leeks and cook for 2 mins. Pour in the stock and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins. Season. Add the rice and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
