4 None ciabatta rolls
2/3 cup cream cheese
2/3 cup mascarpone
4 sprigs basil, leaves picked
3 None tomatoes, sliced
2 1/2 cups arugula
1 None yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
2 1/2 oz prosciutto
Preparation

Cut the ciabatta in half lengthways. Mix the cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth. Spread over the cut sides of the bread.
Fill with the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
