Bacon Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g smoked bacon, finely sliced
    1 bunch chervil, finely chopped
    1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    4 tbsp fruit vinegar
    100 g whipping cream
    1 tbsp caster sugar
    300 g carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
    300 g celeriac, peeled and coarsely grated
    800 g cabbage, trimmed and finely chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Combine vinegar, cream, onion, herbs and bacon in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Put carrot, celeriac and cabbage in a salad bowl, add the bacon dressing and toss to combine.
