Butterflied Pork Chops With Pear And Apple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp sugar
    1 None green apple, diced
    1 None red apple, diced
    1 None pear, diced
    1 None long green chili, finely chopped
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
    8 (3.5 oz) butterflied pork chops, trimmed
Preparation
    Whisk together 1 tbsp water, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl until sugar dissolves. Add apples, pear, chili and mint. Toss gently to combine.
    Heat an oiled grill plate over high heat. Cook pork chops until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Serve pork with salsa.
