Chili Spiced Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups mixed olives
    1 tbsp each lemon and orange juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    2 tsp finely chopped preserved lemon peel
    1 tsp harissa paste
    1/2 tsp each ground cumin and sweet paprika
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; cover.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
