Fried Stuffed Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups green olives stuffed with anchovies
    None None Flour, to dust
    2 None egg whites, beaten until frothy
    1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    None None Olive oil, for frying
Preparation
    Pat olives dry with paper towels. Dust with flour, brushing off excess.
    Dip olives into beaten egg whites, then toss in breadcrumbs until completely coated.
    Heat 3/4 inch olive oil in a medium saucepan on high heat. Fry olives, in batches, for 1-2 mins, until just golden. Remove using a wire skimmer and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
