Tandoori Beef With Grilled Limes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None beef rib-eye steaks (5-6 oz each)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup tandoori paste
    4 medium limes, halved
    1/2 cup mango chutney
    3/4 cup yogurt
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Combine the steaks, garlic and paste in large bowl. Grill steaks until cooked to desired doneness.
    Meanwhile, grill the lime, cut-side down, for about 2 mins or until browned.
    Serve the steaks with lime halves, chutney and combined yogurt and cilantro. Accompanied with steamed beans, if desired.
