Potato And Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz potatoes, peeled
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    None None raw or steamed vegetables, to serve
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 7-10 mins, until tender. Drain and mash. Set aside to cool completely.
    Once cool, combine potatoes with mayonnaise and garlic. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste. Serve with vegetables.
