Apple-Apricot Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    27 oz apple pie filling
    1 (13.5 oz) can apricot halves, drained, halved
    7 oz graham crackers
    1/2 cup butter, cold, chopped
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup desiccated coconut
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    None None heavy cream or ice cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
    Combine apple and apricots then transfer to prepared dish.
    To make the crumble topping, combine graham crackers, butter and sugar in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Mix in coconut and oats then sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
    Serve with heavy cream or ice cream, if desired.
