Oeufs En Cocotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup creme fraiche
    None None Few flakes smoked salmon or shaved ham
    2 large free-range eggs
    None None Chopped fresh dill
    None None Crunchy baguette slices, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Season creme fraiche with salt and pepper.
    Dollop 1 tbsp seasoned creme fraiche into 2 teacups or ramekins. Top with flakes of salmon or a shaving of ham. Crack 1 egg into each cup and add another spoonful creme fraiche on top. Sprinkle with a little fresh dill, salt and cracked pepper.
    Place teacups in a baking dish. Pour in enough warm water to come halfway up sides of the cups.
    Bake for 15 mins for runny yolks or a little longer to set the egg yolks. Serve with sliced baguette.
