Nachos And Fresh Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None ripe avocados, peeled, 1 roughly chopped, 1 diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    30 None tortilla chips
    3 None red chilies, 1 deseeded and diced, 2 left whole
    5 oz Mozzarella, grated
    None None Red cabbage, bean sprouts and lime slices, to garnish
Preparation
    Place the chopped avocado, garlic and lemon juice in a blender and puree. Season with salt and black pepper. Fold in the diced avocado.
    Preheat the broiler. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the tortilla chips on top. Spoon the guacamole onto the chips and sprinkle with the chili rings and cheese. Grill for 2-3 mins, until the cheese is melted.
    Transfer to a platter and garnish with the whole chilies, red cabbage, bean sprouts and lime slices.
