Raspberry Coulis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups fresh or thawed, frozen raspberries
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp Grand Marnier
Preparation

Place 3/4 of the raspberries in a food processor or blender. Add powdered sugar and Grand Marnier; process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining raspberries. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
