Macaroni And Italian Salami Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g macaroni
    200 g Italian salami, sliced
    1/2 bunch thyme, leaves stripped from stems
    1 None courgette, trimmed and cut into batons
    200 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    3 None shallots, peeled and sliced
    4 None eggs
    350 ml semi skimmed milk
    50 g Parmesan, grated
    50 g Gouda, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain then toss with salami and vegetables and place in a greased baking dish.
    Mix eggs, milk, cheese and thyme. Season, add nutmeg then pour over macaroni mixture. Bake for about 45 mins. Garnish with thyme and serve.
