Fruit Salad With Lime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp lime zest
    1/4 cup coconut liqueur
    1 None papaya, thinly sliced
    4 None starfruit, thinly sliced
    2 None mangos, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Preparation
    Stir 1 cup water, lime juice, sugar and lime zest over low heat for 2-3 mins, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 mins, until thickened slightly. Add liqueur. Let cool.
    Combine fruit and mint in a large bowl. Toss with syrup around 15 mins before serving.
