Wok Seared Vegetables With Soy And Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp canola oil
    2 heads bok choy, chopped
    4 None canned baby corn, sliced
    8 None sugar snap peas
    5 None shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp sugar
    None None Deep fried shallots and cilantro leaves, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add vegetables and 1 tbsp water; stir fry until the vegetables are just tender.
    Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, tossing to combine. Garnish with shallots and cilantro.
