Mushroom And Black Bean Sliders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz white mushrooms, sliced
    None None vegetable oil
    1 None 14.5 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
    4 tsp rolled oats
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 None small whole wheat pitas
    None None lettuce and tomato, for serving
    4 oz frozen sweet potato fries
Preparation
    Cook the mushrooms for 5 mins over a medium heat in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking oil. Let them cool slightly and then mix them in a food processor with the beans, oats, cumin, cayenne and some salt until the mixture holds together. With wet hands shape the mixture into 2 patties.
    In same nonstick skillet heat the olive oil and cook the patties over a medium heat for 5-8 mins, turning once, until patties are golden brown and heated through. Serve them in the rolls with lettuce and tomato, if desired with the sweet potato fries, prepared according to the package directions.
