Pavlova Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups strawberries, hulled, chopped
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    2 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
    2 cups raspberries
    3.5 oz dried meringues, lightly crushed
    2 oz shaved chocolate
Preparation
    Combine strawberries and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Mash lightly then set aside to macerate for 10 mins.
    Fold in whipped cream, raspberries and meringues. Spoon into 6 serving glasses. Sprinkle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
