Mini Banana And Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup mashed banana
    1 cup grated carrot
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8-loaf mini loaf pan. Line bottom and long sides of each loaf with a strip of parchment paper.
    Sift flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, chocolate and raisins. Mix banana, carrot, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pan.
    Bake 20-25 min, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
