Prawn And Avocado Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13.25 oz pasta shells
    1 1/2 lb cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, halved lengthwise
    1/2 lb yellow teardrop tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves
    2 1/2 cups baby arugula
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 None medium avocado, thinly sliced
    None None Dressing
    1/2 cup avocado oil
    1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8 mins, or until just tender. Drain then rinse under cold water. Drain.
    To make dressing, whisk together ingredients until combined.
    In a large serving bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing. Serve.
