Sushi Rice Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked short-grain brown rice
    1 None avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
    1 None carrot, shredded
    2 None sticks celery, thinly sliced
    4 oz smoked salmon slices
    2 None green onions, finely shredded
    1 tbsp pickled ginger slices
    1/2 None nori sheet, cut into thin strips using scissors
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1/4 cup mirin sauce
    1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    1 tsp caster sugar
Preparation
    Divide rice among 4 bowls.
    For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Drizzle half the dressing over rice in bowls. Top each evenly with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
