Veggie Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None potato, unpeeled
    1 None zucchini, grated coarsely, excess moisture squeezed out
    1 None carrot, grated coarsely
    1 None red pepper, sliced thinly
    2 tbsp self-rising flour
    1 None egg, beaten lightly
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender. When cool enough to handle, peel then coarsely grate into a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients to grated potato and toss to combine.
    Oil a large frying pan and place over medium heat. Drop 1 tbsp mixture into a 3 inch greased heart-shaped cutter in pan. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Repeat with remaining mixture.
