Carrot And Dill Rösti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1 1/4 lb carrots, grated
2 None large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine sour cream, cumin and dill. Set aside.
Combine carrots, eggs and flour in a large bowl. Cook 1/4-cupfuls of carrot mixture, in batches, on a heated oiled frying pan, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with sour cream mixture.
