Brandy Custard With Cinnamon Mascarpone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    6 None egg yolks
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla bean paste
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp brandy
    None None Cinnamon Sugar Mascarpone
    1 cup mascarpone
    2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
    1 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tbsp orange liqueur or orange extract
    2 tbsp milk
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine milk and cream. Heat until just below boiling point.
    Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Whisk in vanilla bean paste and cornstarch. Gradually whisk hot milk mixture into egg mixture. Return mixture to pan and stir over low heat, without boiling, until custard thickens. Strain custard into a clean bowl and stir in brandy.
    Place mascarpone in a medium bowl. Fold in cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, orange liqueur or extract and enough milk to make a spoonable consistency. Serve brandy custard topped with cinnamon mascarpone.
