Chicken Tikka With Cucumber-Mint Raita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
1/2 cup tikka paste
None None FOR THE CUCUMBER-MINT RAITA
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
1 tsp ground cumin
Preparation

Combine chicken with paste in large bowl.
Cook chicken, in batches, on heated oiled grill pan (or on the grill) until browned all over and cooked through.
For the cucumber-mint raita, combine ingredients in medium bowl.
Serve chicken with cucumber-mint raita.
