Peach And Raspberry Purée - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None ripe peaches, halved and pitted
    1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Place peaches, cut-side down, in a baking dish; add 1/4 cup water. Roast for 15 mins or until peaches are tender. Cool. Peel and discard skin.
    Blend or process peaches and raspberries until smooth. Push mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
