Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    3/4 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
    5.25 oz fresh or frozen blueberries
    2/3 cup buttermilk
    5 tbsp butter, melted
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add blueberries and stir to combine. Whisk together buttermilk, butter and egg then add to flour mixture and mix until just combined. Distribute between paper liners and bake for 20-25 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
    Serve muffins warm or at room temperature.
