Chocolate Hearts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb white chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 lb milk chocolate, finely chopped
6-8 None heart-shaped cookie cutters, greased lightly with oil
None None different-sized wooden skewers
Preparation

Melt the 2 types of chocolate over separate hot water baths. Let the chocolate cool then heat it again, stirring, over a water bath at body temperature.
Place the oiled cookie cutters on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spoon the different colored chocolate in blobs into the cookie cutters to a thickness of about 1/3 inch. Set aside 4 tbsp of chocolate. Leave the chocolate to set overnight at room temperature.
Carefully loosen the hearts from the cookie cutters. Lay them on a clean surface with the backs facing up. Melt the remaining chocolate over a hot water bath. Stick a wooden skewer into each heart and coat with the melted chocolate. Allow to set.
