Chili Tuna Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None bagels, halved
    2 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 None tomatoes, sliced
    12 oz canned chili and garlic tuna, drained, flaked
    1 cup baby arugula
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Toast bagels. Sprinkle 1/2 the Cheddar over cut sides. Top with tomatoes, tuna and remaining Cheddar. Broil for 4 mins, or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve topped with arugula.
