Chocolate Zabaglione - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None egg yolks
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup marsala
    3 tsp cocoa powder, sifted
Preparation
    Whisk egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler until thick and creamy. Whisk together marsala and cocoa powder then add to egg mixture. Beat for 5 mins, or until thick and creamy. Transfer to 4 - 5 oz serving glasses.
