Fish Tikka Masala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz) jar tikka masala sauce
    2 lb sea bream (or other boneless firm white fish), cubed
    5.25 oz green beans, trimmed, halved
    None None steamed rice, to serve
    None None plain yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 mins, until tender. Add tikka masala sauce. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, until fragrant. Add fish and beans. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 mins, or until fish is cooked through.
    Serve with rice and yogurt.
