Toasted Chicken Pesto Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None small baguette
    1/2 cup basil pesto
    5 oz cooked chicken, shredded
    1 cup grated mozzarella
    None None salad to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    Cut the baguette in half, then split it horizontally. Spread each piece with pesto. Place on the baking tray.
    In small bowl, combine the chicken and cheese. Spoon on top of the pesto.
    Bake for 5-10 mins until the tops are golden and the bases are crisp. Serve with salad.
