Grilled Mozzarella And Salami Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None flatbreads (such as pita or naan), split
    2 tbsp basil pesto
    8 None thin salami slices
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
    10 None fresh basil leaves, shredded
Preparation
    Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with the other bread half.
    Heat a griddle pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 mins each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
