Grasshopper Oreo Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 None Oreos, 10 roughly chopped
    3 tbsp salted butter, melted
    4 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
    6 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
    2 tbsp creme de menthe liqueur
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie dish.
    In a food processor, process 20 whole Oreos to fine crumbs. Add butter and 1/2 of the chocolate. Pulse to combine then transfer to prepared pie dish and press into base to create a crust. Bake for 8 mins. Let cool then freeze until firm.
    Combine ice cream and liqueur. Fold in 2/3 of chopped Oreos then transfer 1/2 to pie shell. Smooth top. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop remaining ice cream into balls and arrange on pie. Press remaining Oreos into ice cream and drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill for 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
