Mango Prawn Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp lemon juice
1 None red thai chili, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops hot sauce
None None To serve
4 None small lettuce leaves
1 None mango, peeled and flesh chopped
16 None cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
Preparation

To make the dressing, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.
Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates. Top with mango and prawns. Chill until required. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
