Beef In Asian Broth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups beef stock
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    4 oz bean thread noodles
    1 lb beef sirloin steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1 None red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1/2 cup canned baby corn
    1 None green onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb baby bok choy, coarsely chopped
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1 None red Thai chili pepper, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine 6 cups water, stock, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add the noodles; using a fork, separate the noodles. Reduce the heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until the noodles are just tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients; stir until heated through and the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
