Tuna, Pepper And Olive Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (12 oz) tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup pitted black olives, sliced
    1/4 cup small basil leaves
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    8 slices ciabatta
    1 clove garlic, halved
    3/4 cup ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Combine tuna, peppers, olives, basil and vinegar in a medium bowl.
    Preheat a grill pan on medium heat. Spray both sides of bread with no stick cooking spray. Grill for 1 min each side or until toasted. Rub bread with garlic.
    Spread bread with ricotta. Top with tuna mixture. Serve at once.
