Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup flour
2 None eggs
None None cooking spray, for frying
4 tbsp honey
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Transfer to a bowl then add the milk, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt and beat until smooth. Beat in the eggs. Allow to rest for 15 mins.
Coat an 7 inch diameter non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/8 of the batter into the pan and swirl. Cook for 2 mins on each side, remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve drizzled with the honey.
