Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp butter, at room temperature
    1 cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp lemon zest
    3 None eggs, separated
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
    None None mixed berries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6 cup ovenproof dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add lemon zest and egg yolks. Add lemon juice and milk and mix well. Sift and fold in flour. Whip egg whites to soft peaks then fold in. Transfer to prepared dish then place dish in a roasting pan. Fill with hot water halfway up the side of the dish. Bake for 35 mins or until golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with mixed berries.
