Lemon Butter Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup minced scallion or shallot
1/4-1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp minced fresh oregano
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3 mins, or until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat. Cook scallion for 1 min. Add green beans, lemon pepper seasoning, oregano and lemon juice, tossing to coat. Serve warm.
