Sesame Pork Meatballs With Singapore Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz ground pork
    3 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, roots finely chopped, leaves reserved
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup rice flour
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    None None peanut oil, for shallow frying
    1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
    16 oz Singapore noodles
Preparation
    Combine ground pork, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, soy sauce, kecap manis, sesame oil, cilantro root and garlic. Season. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Toss in flour, shaking off excess, then coat in sesame seeds. Arrange on a baking tray and chill for 10 mins.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 mins, turning, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
    Drain oil from pan, leaving 1 tbsp oil in pan. Stir-fry bok choy for 1-2 mins, until just wilted. Add remaining oyster sauce and toss to combine.
    Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Serve meatballs with noodles and bok choy. Sprinkle with reserved cilantro leaves.
