Chicken Parmigiana-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup flour
    1 None egg
    1 tbsp milk
    1 cup stale breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup jarred tomato pasta sauce, warmed
    4 slices ham
    3/4 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Split chicken breasts in half horizontally. Toss chicken in flour, shaking away excess. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in combined egg and milk, then in breadcrumbs.
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Shallow-fry chicken, in batches, until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    Meanwhile, preheat the broiler.
    Place chicken on baking pan. Spread with pasta sauce. Top with ham then sprinkle with cheese. Broil 2-3 mins until cheese melts.
