Aussie Ground Beef Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    2 None onions, finely chopped
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 tbsp flour
    1 cup low-sodium beef stock
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp chopped parsley, plus extra sprigs to serve
    4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook onion 3 mins, stirring, until soft. Add beef and cook 5 mins, breaking up lumps, until browned. Stir in flour. Add stock, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 30 mins. Stir in parsley. Top with parsley sprigs and serve on toast.
