Crunchy Noodle Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head red cabbage, finely shredded
    1/4 head Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
    1 None small carrot, cut into matchsticks
    1 None red pepper, finely sliced
    4 None scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup mint leaves
    3.5 oz Ramen noodles
    None None Dressing
    1/3 cup malt vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
    In a large serving bowl, combine all vegetables, mint, and noodles, tossing well. Chill, covered, until required.
    To make dressing, whisk together all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
    Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and toss well.
