Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup flour
    1 1/3 lbs cubed beef stew meat
    None None No stick cooking spray
    1 None large onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp sweet paprika
    2 None large ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup beef stock
    11 oz portobello mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup frozen peas
    None None Mashed potato, to serve
    None None Sour cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Place flour and a pinch of salt in a shallow dish. Coat beef in the seasoned flour. Spray with the cooking spray.
    Spray a Dutch oven with the cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Cook the beef batches until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet.
    Spray onion with the cooking spray then add to the Dutch oven. Cook and stir for 2 mins. Add the garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the paprika, tomatoes, beef and stock. Bring to a boil.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Stir in the mushrooms. Bake, covered, for 15 mins. Stir in the peas. Bake, covered, for 10 mins.
    Spoon mashed potato into shallow bowls. Top with goulash and sour cream. Serve sprinkled with additional paprika.
