Bread And Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
    6 slices raisin bread, crusts removed, halved
    1/2 cup milk
    4 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Butter both sides of bread generously. Arrange neatly in dish, ensuring base is covered. In a large bowl, whisk milk, eggs and sugar together. Pour into dish. Cover with foil. Bake 15 mins. Remove foil. Bake 25-30 more mins, until golden and set in center. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
