Chocolate, Hazelnut And Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 tbsp butter, softened, 4 tbsp melted
1 None egg
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 cup milk, warmed
1 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
3.5 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped

Mix together flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, 6 tbsp softened butter and egg. Dissolve yeast in warm milk then mix in and knead with the dough hook of a mixer until smooth. Cover and keep in a warm place for 30-40 mins.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Knead dough then roll out on a floured work surface into a rectangle roughly 20x16 inches. Brush with melted butter. Combine nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar then distribute over dough along with chocolate. Fold over to make a rectangle 10x16 inches. Press down lightly and cut into 4 - 10 inch long strips.
Hold ends of each strip and twist into cords. Hold 1 end of each strip between your thumb, index and middle fingers and wrap the dough loosely around your fingers twice. Pull the other end of the dough strip through the hole in the middle. Place buns on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Brush with remaining melted butter and bake for 13-15 mins. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
