3 None red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced, cut into matchsticks
1 None red pepper, deseeded, thinly sliced
1 None bok choy, thinly sliced
2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
1 oz bean sprouts
2 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
3.5 oz fried noodles
5 oz Chinese barbecued pork, thinly sliced
None None Sweet and Sour Dressing
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Whisk together all ingredients for sweet and sour dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
